We are now accepting in-person appointments for January 11 & 12, in Vancouver, BC!
I take a regulation perspective when it comes to support and therapy, where I help adults and families identify their social, emotional, sensory, and executive functioning needs, and ways they can meet those needs to restore regulation in their daily lives.
All people, neurodivergent and neurotypical, are impacted by regulation. Our daily habits and behaviours are attempts at restoring regulation and balance; whether these habits are considered positive or negative, they have the same goal of restoring a sense of regulation, autonomy and balance.
I help people identify the regulation needs behind their behaviours so they can find coping strategies that are healthy and that build upon their personal strengths and interests.
I offer online and in-person supportive guidance and consultation services for those looking to identify their strengths, learn coping strategies, and those exploring possible Autism and/or AD/HD diagnoses.
I offer online and in-person action planning for those seeking Autism, AD/HD or learning assessments, and other therapeutic options that are available in their community.
Are you interested in learning more about your sensory system/needs, and the impact it has on your overall wellbeing? Are you keen on exploring your executive functioning strengths and stretches in areas such as planning, organization, task-initiation, mental flexibility, time-management, and emotional regulation?
“The most interesting people you’ll find are ones that don’t fit into your average cardboard box. They’ll make what they need, they’ll make their own boxes.”

Neurodivergence is a word used to describe differences in brain function and behaviour from one individual to the next. It's commonly associated with neurodevelopmental diversities, such as Autism, ADHD and other learning differences.
To me, neurodiversity is about identifying the strengths and unique excellence our differences have to offer.
I offer adults and families safe, judgement-free, and educated consultation and therapeutic support services.
My detailed action plan services consist of resources, referrals and advocacy that will help you, and/or your loved ones, navigate the world of assessments and therapy options.
I am here to support you through the journey of exploring Autism, AD/HD and other forms of neurodivergence, and to assure you that you are not alone.
